PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Mainpro CC acquires property on a regular basis, and depending on the area and the market, develops it into town houses or accommodation. The main purpose is to
develop the area to support the area in the
need for accommodation and development.

In the past two years, Mainpro completed a development worth R6,2 million in Lynnwood Pretoria. This development consists of four
full title units.

Mainpro CC also did property development in Vaalwater, where 12,000 m² had been subdivided into smaller lots, and where town houses will be built.

It is currently involved in a 21 hectare
project on Farm Groenfontein in the
Vaalwater area.
