Mainpro is a family owned business and has two members: Theo Le Roux & Jeran Le Roux. Jeran le Roux is the managing member. He has extensive experience in earthmoving (building of dams, trenches, seepage canals, rehabilitation of tailing dams), materials handling, and general cleaning of mining sites. Jeran le Roux has, in the seven years that he was in service of LA Crushers (situated in Phalaborwa), completed contracts in excess of R30 million. These contracts included extensive drilling and blasting, major rehabilitation of the environment, as
well as 24 hour materials handling on Foskor Phosphate Mine and Palabora Mining Company.

The managing member has al the necessary qualification with regards to NOSA’s safety requirements, which include:
